This 6 month, fixed term, finance role presents an opportunity to be part of the Finance team at Napier Port during a busy and dynamic period. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the AP Administrator is primarily responsible for providing backfill to the current AP Administrator to allow them to focus on project work. This role will primarily support the accounts payable functions, as well as providing general administration to the Finance Team.
Key priorities for the role include:
- Proactive management of processing and reconciliation of accounts payable
- Proactive support for business units
- Cash management (banking, cash reconciliation etc)
- Administration support to the Finance team
- Health and safety – actively contributing to Just Culture
We’re looking for an experienced AP Administrator with accurate and efficient data entry skills, strong customer service focus, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to multitask. This is a dynamic and complex environment so the right candidate will have the skills to be able to hit the ground running.
Hours of work may be flexible for the right candidate.
